FAQS

The total weight a Tilt Deck Trailer can carry will depend on its design, size, axle configuration, and construction. A light-duty Tilt Deck Trailer can typically handle anywhere from 2,000 to 7,000 lbs, while a heavy-duty trailer can accommodate up to 25,000 lbs.

To load, tilt the deck to a lower angle and allow the cargo to be driven or rolled onto your trailer. For unloading, tilt the deck to a higher angle, ensuring that the trailer is on level ground to prevent potential tipping or damage to the cargo.

Essential safety features for a Tilt Deck Trailer include a secure tilting mechanism, a braking system, lighting, and tie-down points. These are standard features of all our Tilt Deck Trailers and our other trailer models.

Your towing vehicle should have a towing capacity that meets or exceeds the weight of the trailer and your load. Typically, light trucks, SUVs, or heavy-duty trucks are best suited for towing Tilt Deck Trailers.
